Other ingredients are sourced from ethical, local producers who share our passion for quality British food. Roth Bar & Grill favourites include the homemade merguez sausages, colourful Kitchen Salads and our signature Durslade Farm Tomahawk steaks, served with béarnaise sauce, served to share.
Our talented kitchen team also specialise in curing cuts from our own animals. The current offer includes bresaola, coppa, chorizo and prosciutto alongside the bacon for our breakfast sandwiches. We also pickle and preserve to extend the life of our farm and wild produce.
