An Evening of Burgers and BBQs

Learn the secrets of the famous RBG Burger and get some top tips for your summer BBQ with our Durslade Farm Shop butcher Giles and Roth Bar & Grill head chef James.

Our Roth Bar & Grill burger starts with the best beef from our 1000 acre farm, which we mince on site, before turning into patties. These burgers, much like the rest of the menu at Roth, are cooked over fire until blushing pink and served in a soft brioche roll. No burger would be complete without melted cheese, bacon, onions, pickles and chef Steve’s secret sauce!

As we love to cook over fire, we’ll show you some top tips so that you can recreate the Roth magic at home.
