Ben Tish from top London restaurant, Norma, will be joining us for a very special dinner. Norma is inspired by the food and culture of Sicily with a particular emphasis on the modern influences on the island’s cuisine.

The evening will begin with an introduction and talk from Ben followed by a 3-course dinner.

About Ben Tish

In September 2019, Ben opened the much talked about Norma at The Stafford.  Ben was most recently the Chef Director and Partner for the Salt Yard Group – a group of 5 modern Spanish/Italian restaurants in Central London where Ben established himself in cooking at the forefront of Spanish/Italian modern tapas scene. Ben spent his formative career working with Michelin starred chefs such as Jason Atherton and Stephen Terry at various ground breaking London restaurants, learning classical techniques along with inspired culinary innovation. Ben appears regularly on TV including Saturday Kitchen, Sunday Brunch, and Masterchef and writes for Delicious , The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Times, Noble Rot, Restaurant Magazine, Chef Magazine, and other publications.
