Join us for a very special evening with English chef, food author and restaurateur, Mark Hix. This is definitely an evening not to be missed!
Mark Hix, renowned chef and food author, is known for his original take on British Gastronomy. Having opened his first restaurant, Hix Oyster & Chop House near London’s Smithfield Market in 2008, other eponymous restaurants have followed including Hix Oyster & Fish House in his home town of Lyme Regis, Dorset
With a cooking style described as “simple, seasonal & British”, Mark is known for using only a handful of fresh ingredients to create his signature dishes. For this special event, Mark will collaborate with Steve Horrell from the Roth Bar & Grill, to host the evening and prepare a classic 3 course dinner.
