Open Source Salon

Open Source Salon – ‘A Walk on the Wild Side’
Thursday 16 May, 6.30 – 9.30 PM

Join us for an evening walk through the woodlands and fields of Durslade Farm, the beautiful location of Hauser & Wirth Somerset. The walk will be led by Ben Carter, Director of Wild Resources, and Paul Dovey, Durslade Farm & Estate Manager as they share their insights and knowledge of the landscape and native wildlife, discussing good farming practice and sustainable management of the land. The conversation will continue over supper back at Roth Bar & Grill.

Open Source Salon is an intimate and unique evening of discussion and dining for like-minded creatives and enthusiasts. Every salon invites special guest speakers to share their knowledge and experience on one of the key themes at the heart of Hauser & Wirth Somerset – art, architecture, landscape and food.

Hear stimulating talks, exchange new ideas and enjoy locally sourced fare. Previous participants include Mary McCartney, Michael Eavis and Hauser & Wirth founders, Manuela and Iwan Wirth. Open Source Salon is a collaboration between Hauser & Wirth Somerset and Roth Bar & Grill.
