Our walled garden is located at the stunning Roundhill Grange, just five minutes from the restaurant. The two acres are looked after by our kitchen gardener, Conor, who uses age old techniques and tools to maintain the land. Hazel is coppiced from the woodlands and used as a support for heritage varieties of peas and beans. Old espalier apples and pears thrive on the sun drenched walls and the beds are filled with seasonal bounty from broad beans and peas, to beetroot and spinach. We continue to grow a wide range of culinary herbs and edible flowers, all of which exist in harmony with the surroundings. Everything grown is used by our team in the restaurant or at our Roth on the Road events. This includes our new show stopping collection of dahlias in our cutting garden. The walled garden is only open to guests attending our monthly supper clubs or for those hosting a private event at Roundhill Grange.
